Returns
You have the option to return your order within 14 days following receipt of your purchase (as indicated by the package tracking number). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account (in case of deferred debit). Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at: service@codelumes.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver received the order, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
